Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required
• State teaching certification for general education at the Pre-K level
• Previous classroom experience as a general education or Pre-K teacher strongly preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Commitment to collaborating with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with state and district curriculum standards for Pre-K learners
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Create a caring, engaging classroom culture that supports emotional and social development
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, development, and communication
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities
