Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective perioperative patient care
• Adhere to contracted schedule, including commitment to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Complete required onboarding and annual training modules prior to and during assignment
• Float to sister facilities nearby as needed per assignment requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience required
• Must submit 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (Charge RNs or Leads accepted)
• Must disclose any prior work history at a Providence facility (location and dates) at time of submission
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler (locals considered at a different rate)
• Background must be clear; facility does not accept Nursys or background hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or acute care Operating Room environment
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and willingness to float between facilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a surgical setting
