As a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator with CVS Health, you will have the opportunity to use your clinical skills to be an educator to your patients and their caregivers, helping them understand their complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies by providing infusion training and clinical support.

**This is a direct hire/full-time position.

In this role you will:

• Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and the sales team to coordinate the patient's plan of care.
• Work within a highly specialized area of nursing and enjoy the autonomy that comes from working within a home care service.
• Assist patients who are initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in a one-on-one setting.
• Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key partners.
• Participate in on-call as the business needs.

Travel:

• You can expect to work from home approximately 30% of the time when you are educating patients on how to administer their oral, or inhaled therapies.
• You will spend approximately 70% of your time visiting patients in-person when you are educating them on their infused therapies. About 60% of this time within a two-hour drive. The remaining 40% of your travel time will primarily be within Northern WI, Northern MI, Chicago and IN with occasional visits throughout our Central Region.
• Overnight visits will occur.
• Candidates must reside within one hour of Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.

Required Qualifications:

• Must live within one hour of Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.
• Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted license in the state of WI with ability to obtain additional licensure for multi-state service area.
• Two years of experience in a critical care or acute care hospital setting providing high-tech infusions, or two years of high-tech home infusion experience.
• Ability to build positive business relationships with all levels of medical/clinical personnel.
• Ability to travel as noted in the position summary and as business needs require.
• Have and maintain current CPR certification.
• Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Participate in the on call rotation as determined by staffing and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in caring for patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension – PAH is great, but not required.
• IL RN licensure along with current WI RN.
• Home healthcare and pediatric experience is preferred, but not required.
• CRNI certification is preferred, but not required.

Education:

• RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,522.00 - $129,615.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
