Information Technology Support Technician

You’ll work directly with employees to troubleshoot workstation issues, respond to help desk tickets, and assist with upgrades and replacements of desktops, laptops, and tablets. If you enjoy solving technical problems and providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading hardware, software, operating systems, network connectivity, printing issues, and computer performance.
This work can be done at the user’s location or via remote desktop assistance.
Perform computer imaging and deployment of equipment to users.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of related IT experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience imaging workstations using Microsoft SCCM/MECM
CompTIA A+ certification
