Digital Sales Manager

Overview:Capitol Broadcasting Company (Highwoods Audio and Digital Division) is seeking a high-impact sales leader to drive revenue growth across our audio and digital portfolios, including WRAL.com and a full suite of audience-targeting solutions (display, video, CTV/OTT, email, and more). This role sits directly under the Director of Sales and is responsible for accelerating audio and digital revenue, elevating sales strategy, and serving as the in-house expert on digital products, platforms, and campaign execution.What You will DoRevenue Growth & StrategyLead digital revenue strategy across on-site and off-site channels.Partner with leadership to consistently exceed revenue goals.Identify new revenue opportunities,packaging strategies,and go-to-market opportunities.Drive adoption of digital solutions.Sales Leadership & Client EngagementJoin key client meetings as a digital expert.Help develop proposals, RFP responses, and integrated campaign strategies.Coach account executives.Translate digital solutions clearly.Foster a high-performance, accountable, and competitive sales culture. Drive new business development and expand key client relationships.
