What You’ll Do

• Prepare complex tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, and trust)
• Conduct tax research and provide guidance on technical tax matters
• Support and mentor junior staff through coaching and feedback
• Build strong client relationships and provide proactive, responsive service
• Ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables across engagements
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA (or CPA-eligible) strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A professional who values quality, teamwork, and balance
