Our kitchen exists to ensure our Guests receive the best quality food during their visit. They are responsible for preparing and executing our recipes in a timely manner to guarantee an exceptional Guest experience. The Job Properly learn and execute recipe procedures Cook multiple different proteins (burgers, ribs, fish, shrimp, chicken, etc.) to various temperatures simultaneously. Cook grilled sandwiches Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen Communicate ticket times to team members and management when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high‑quality food delivery Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc. Able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs. Cleaning your assigned station at the end of your shift. About You Friendly, dependable and team oriented Thinks and acts quickly in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Minimum 1 year experience cooking on a chargrill in a high volume restaurant setting.
