Client Services Specialist (Remote)

We’re expanding our remote team and looking for individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating with clients, and building long-term professional skills.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking flexibility, career growth, and a supportive team environment. Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required.
What You’ll Do:
• Speak with individuals and families who requested information about life insurance coverage
• Walk clients through available options and answer questions clearly
• Maintain follow-up communication and provide ongoing support
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development
• Deliver a positive, relationship-focused client experience
