Position Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and adept Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become a vital part of an expanding team dedicated to delivering exceptional imaging services. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide array of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures while explaining processes with empathy and clarity
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic content
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, quickly reporting any malfunctions
• Accurately document all procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records within the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
