Position Overview
As an Insurance Office Representative, you'll work directly with prospective and existing customers to help them understand their insurance options and choose coverage that fits their needs. You'll build relationships, provide exceptional service, and help clients protect what matters most.

This role combines sales, customer service, and relationship-building in a supportive environment where training and development are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits
• Develop leads and follow up with prospective customers
• Schedule appointments and conduct insurance reviews
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and service requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

• Comfortable learning new technology and insurance systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or relationship-building experience is a plus
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
