HR Generalist

Overview Location: Franklin, WI We are seeking a motivated and hands-on HR Generalist to support our Franklin facility. This role will play a key part in driving recruiting efforts, supporting employees, and contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions Partner with leadership to support staffing needs and workforce planning Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits, HR policies, and time & attendance Support employee relations, including addressing concerns and assisting with performance management Coordinate and attend job fairs and community recruiting events Assist with training, onboarding, and HR administrative functions Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects Qualifications 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment Strong experience in recruiting and onboarding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr The Ace Consulting Group
