- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations across all shifts, ensuring consistency, timely resolution, and proper documentation
- Partner with frontline leadership to address attendance, performance, conduct, and conflict resolution
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to plant leadership, acting as a trusted advisor
- Lead complex employee relations investigations with objectivity and professionalism
- Analyze trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in policies, programs, and practices
- Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and succession planning efforts
- Lead listening sessions and employee huddles to understand engagement and drive action
- Coach leaders and employees to improve relationships, performance, and retention
- Identify and support training needs across teams; evaluate effectiveness of training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and food safety standards
- Proven ability to gain trust and establish relationships with people through sincerity and confidentiality.
- Utilizing knowledge from your 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience to develop and maintain strong working relationships and support all team member’s needs.
- Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in developing new skills and techniques to improve the employee experience.
- Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
