What We're Looking For: We're hiring Lawn Care Specialists who are ready to take their career to the next level. Whether you're experienced in the industry or just have a strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors, we'll provide the training and support you need to thrive. What You'll Do: Represent Grass Nerds with honesty, integrity, and pride Provide professional lawn care services (fertilization, weed control, aeration, etc.) Accurately measure lawns, offer quotes, and perform occasional on-site sales Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, solutions-focused approach Work both independently and as part of a strong, supportive team Maintain a clean, professional appearance on the job Operate equipment safely and effectively in various weather conditions Lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work 8–10 hour shifts outdoors Requirements: Valid Driver's License (must-have) Strong communication skills (oral and written) Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities A commitment to quality, professionalism, and teamwork What We Offer: Competitive pay starting at $25/hr + UNLIMITED commission & bonus potential Dental insurance and Supplemental Health Insurance Paid time off Simple IRA Matching Ongoing training & industry certifications Clear career advancement opportunities - grow into leadership with us!
