Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-TimeAutumn Lake Healthcare at Union – Union, NJ$42.00–$47.00/hourUltimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver hands-on, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. This role emphasizes restoring independence, improving functional ability, and enhancing overall quality of life for residents.Core Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish goal-driven care plansProvide skilled interventions addressing self-care, cognition, and daily functionIntroduce adaptive strategies and recommend assistive devices to support independenceReassess resident performance and modify treatment approaches accordinglyPartner with nursing, therapy staff, and families to coordinate careEnsure timely and accurate clinical documentationQualifications:Active Occupational Therapist license requiredExperience in a skilled nursing setting is a plusWork Environment:Collaborative clinical team with strong interdisciplinary supportConsistent caseload within a structured rehab programOpportunities for ongoing learning and professional inputBenefits (Full-Time):Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) planCEU reimbursementPerformance -based reviews with growth potentialAdditional support including parental leave and disability coverageDirect hire position.
