Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be vital in improving patient mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall quality of life. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan, and implement tailored rehabilitation programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid Wisconsin state license or eligibility to obtain it.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, though enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
