Client is a cutting-edge plaintiff side consumer protection and financial litigation boutique, is looking for a California-barred attorney - especially those with background in plaintiff volume practice ( i.e. consumer finance, employment, PI).

• Federal court consumer finance (FCRA) and previous sales (close settlements) experience is highly welcomed.

We are a results-driven and dynamic team that tackles high-impact finance disputes, class actions, and consumer rights matters. Despite our flexible start-up culture, we still expect excellence and accountability. We strongly believe in fair compensation.

You'll work closely with and receive mentorship from experienced attorneys, many of whom have backgrounds at top-tier biglaw firms.

What You'll Do:

• Manage your own docket of cases with an results driven approach

• Take ownership of written discovery and dispositive motions (drafting, responding, reviewing) under direction from our Director of Litigation

• Drafting of complaints and management of filings along with our paralegal/admin team

• Management of calendaring and deadlines,

• as many court appearances and depositions as you'd like

• Participate in client meetings, litigation strategy sessions, and court prep

• achieve results through settlement negotiations and mediations

• Engage with meaningful consumer justice work in finance, credit reporting, fraud, and mutli-plaintiff complex litigations (class actions & mass arbitrations)
