Sales Representative - Hattiesburg - Orthopaedic Instruments

Stryker seeks an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative for field-based territory coverage in Mississippi and Alabama. The role involves selling surgical products and medical devices to hospitals and healthcare systems while building relationships with clinical stakeholders and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory quota and revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administrators
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical evaluations in operating room settings
- Lead product launches, conversions, and implementation initiatives
- Deliver in-services and training to clinical staff on product usage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years outside sales and territory management experience
- 2+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience, strongly preferred
- Proven quota attainment and territory expansion track record
- Experience selling to hospitals, physicians, or healthcare systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
