Job requirements include all standard technician duties as well as the following:MUST be able to pass regular drug testing and a background checkMUST have a valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving recordMUST be willing to work after hours and occasional weekends and holidaysMUST be willing to work on call rotation (1-week rotation every 4+ weeks pending # of total techs )MUST have excellent customer service skillsMUST have residential HVAC experienceCT HVAC S or D License requiredBasic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual laborBasic computer skillsBe able to learn by observation and hands-on experienceFollow routine verbal and written instructionsHave effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customersBe open to learning new things and applying them quicklyWe're looking for Fire Starters...
