We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for promoting the destination as a premier venue for sports, events, conferences, and special activities through strategic marketing and advertising efforts. This role supports revenue growth and brand visibility by partnering with facility staff, vendors, and the corporate marketing team.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Crafting the marketing plan in partnership with the General Manger and Marketing teamExecuting the marketing plan and strategic initiativesManaging and updating company website(s)Content development for digital or printPress release writing and media relations activitiesManaging social media business accounts including regular posting and management of content calendarParticipating and assisting the planning and implementation of events, tournaments, and rentalsAssisting in maintaining an event calendar of rental/tournaments booked, as well as, listing all facility activities plannedManaging facility presence with industry publications, trade shows, and associationsPreparing and presenting regular reporting on marketing strategy and resultsAll other duties assigned by managementTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:Proven success in consumer marketing, branding, and destination-specific campaign executionExperience in youth and amateur sports marketing or related industriesExperience using a CRM to manage and nurture prospective and current customersExperience in sponsorship sales, activation, and partnership developmentExperience promoting, booking, and delivering special eventsExperience using market research and consumer insights to support sponsorship, partnership, and business development effortsExperience managing corporate websites in WordPressAction-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and efficiencyMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor 's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, or a related field; or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar positionExperience measuring and reporting marketing and advertising campaign performance, including ROI, efficiency, and effectivenessAbility to develop content and write in alignment with company voiceExperience writing press releases and managing media relationshipsExperience managing business accounts across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TwitterProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and IllustratorWorking knowledge of Hootsuite and Meta Business SuiteAbility to identify and create promotional opportunities that support revenue goalsExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hoursWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent loud noise level
