Residential New Construction PlumbingLocation: Georgetown, DESobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber to win repeat business by doing quality installations of plumbing systems in residential new construction, including underground, roughs, and finals. This person would also help train plumbing helpers. Are you interested in a career with a growing company and supportive team? Our plumbers typically work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with overtime expected during peak periods. This Residential New Construction Plumbing Installer position earns a competitive wage depending on experience. Which is why we offer expert in-house consultation services as well as unlimited earning potential and career advancement opportunities.Qualifications for a Residential New Construction Plumbing InstallerLicensed as a journeyman plumber (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experienceHands-on knowledge of residential plumbing construction and ability to read blueprintsAbility to install water lines, water heater, sinks, and toiletsKnowledge of applicable state codesDo you have good communication skills?
