Job Description As a Security Officer Dispatch Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as a Dispatch professional, monitoring communications, coordinating responses, and supporting security-related operations from a central post. You will help to identify issues, guide officers and/or visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thu 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities for a high-profile aerospace and defense location. Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner. Coordinate routine and urgent responses by relaying accurate information to on-site teams, supervisors, and/or local first responders while maintaining detailed incident and activity logs. Support security-related operations by tracking the status of officers and/or mobile units, communicating post assignments, and reporting unusual activity or operational concerns to leadership. Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, and communicate changing site conditions, access issues, and/or incident updates as working environments and conditions vary by location. Minimum Requirements: An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
