Select Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support operations at a leading logistics facility in Oakland, CA. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on HR experience while supporting a dynamic workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Partner with management to address employee questions, policies, and procedures
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- 3+ year of HR or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
