This position offers the flexibility to work per diem, allowing you to create your own schedule and enjoy a great work-life balance. What's your day like?As a new Home Health OT at Inspired Homecare, you can expect a dynamic and fulfilling role that allows you to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing in-home occupational therapy services, including evaluations, assessments, and the development of personalized treatment plans. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with patients and their families, using your empathy and problem-solving skills to deliver compassionate care. Flexibility is key in this position, as your schedule will be based on therapist availability.
You'll have the freedom to create your own schedule, allowing for a great work-life balance. You can expect to visit patients at their homes, providing therapy sessions that address their unique needs and goals. With the support of our team, you'll collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Are you the Immediate Openings - Home Health OTs - Part Time Per Diem we're looking for?To thrive in the role of a Home Health OT at Inspired Homecare, there are a few key skills and qualifications that will contribute to your success. Firstly, experience working in home health is crucial, as it requires a unique set of skills and adaptability to deliver effective therapy in a home setting. Additionally, familiarity with an EMR system like HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is essential for documentation and record-keeping purposes. This software enables seamless communication and coordination with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care.
As a home health therapist, you must possess the flexibility to travel to different locations throughout the day to provide therapy sessions. This may include navigating various neighborhoods and adapting to different home environments, requiring excellent navigational skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations with professionalism and grace. If you're passionate about providing exceptional care, have experience in home health, and are comfortable using an EMR system like HCHB, we want to hear from you.
