Responsibilities Provide compassionate and professional care to our clients in their homes, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being Assists with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the care team Assist with medication management and other medical tasks as needed Develop positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and communication Requirements Certificate in a relevant field (CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant) 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with care and attention Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Company Culture At Upscale Home Care, we believe that every individual deserves the highest standard of dignified support.
