Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Correctional Facility – Phoenix, AZ & Valley Area

W2 employee ($21.00/hour). 13‑week assignment requiring three 12‑hour shifts per week. Day and night shifts available.

What We Offer

$21.00/hour – W2 employee (not 1099)
Weekly pay every Friday (work week Monday–Sunday)
8 paid holidays

Overtime opportunities when offered by the facility and accepted by the employee
Consistent scheduling

Minimum Qualifications

Current Arizona CNA license
1 year of recent acute care experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) – in‑person course only
First Aid certification
N95 particulate respirator fit test (copy of completed fit testing required)
Immunization records: hepatitis B, MMR, varicella, TB test

Required documentation: applicants must provide copies of the following: current Arizona CNA license, BLS certification (in‑person), First Aid certification, completed N95 fit test, immunization records (hepatitis B, MMR, varicella, TB).
