Production CoordinatorOur client is a growing manufacturing organization looking for a dependable and organized Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations. This is an onsite opportunity with long-term potential and opportunities for career development.The Production Coordinator will help keep manufacturing operations running smoothly by coordinating information between production, scheduling, materials, and management. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate schedules, monitoring workflow, and making sure production teams have the materials and information needed to stay on track.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate communication between production, scheduling, materials, and management teamsMonitor manufacturing activity and provide updates on production statusReview production orders to confirm required materials, quantities, and specificationsProvide production staff with current schedules, paperwork, and necessary resourcesKeep production tracking systems and records accurate and currentCommunicate schedule adjustments, delays, and production concerns to appropriate teamsWork with materials and supply teams to verify inventory availabilityTrack equipment downtime and communicate maintenance-related updatesKeep scheduling information aligned with actual production-floor activityHelp maintain effective communication and workflow across multiple departmentsQualifications:At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, coordination, or a related fieldStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, formatting, and data entryComfortable working with measurements, quantities, numbers, and production materialsStrong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilitiesExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAdditional details:This is an onsite position in Carol Stream, ILIdeal candidates will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environmentThe position requires frequent coordination with multiple internal departmentsStrong attention to accuracy and follow-through is essentialOpportunity for long-term career growth within operationsPerks:Opportunity to advance into scheduling, supply chain, or operations leadershipCollaborative and supportive work environmentLeadership team focused on employee growth and developmentAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
