The company combines the resources and stability of a well-established contractor with the culture and feel of a family-owned business, resulting in exceptional employee retention and long-term client relationships.Your new roleYou will work alongside an experienced estimating team and gain exposure to a wide variety of commercial and retail construction projects throughout the East Coast. Main responsibilities will include preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates. Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documentation. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing. Develop conceptual budgets and competitive bid proposals. Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships. Identify scope gaps, project risks, and value engineering opportunities.
