Role Description The Account Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Northfield, OH. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day financial and administrative activities. The Account Specialist will respond to client inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Daily tasks include monitoring account status, preparing basic financial summaries or reports, coordinating with social media sites and agency advertising. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve account workflows and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret CRM data, identify trends, and support decision-making. Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with clients. Knowledge of Insurance fundamentals and comfortable working with payments, and accounts. Customer service and account management skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and maintain client satisfaction. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., operational CRM software) and attention to detail in documentation. We currently use : "AgenyBloc". Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in an account specialist, customer service, or finance-related role is preferred. Marketing or advertising a plus, small agency, locally owned. No selling.
