Developing, reviewing, and implementing evidence‑based policies and procedures to maximize the efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery. Conducting regular staff evaluations, identifying areas for growth, and implementing corrective action plans when necessary. Ensuring the unit strictly adheres to local, state, and federal healthcare regulations, as well as accreditation standards. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative experience. Leadership Experience Required.
