Inside Sales Representative - Overnight

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home. No roof climbing needed—our technology handles all measurements.
Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale. Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings + monthly bonuses.
On target earnings between $150K-$320K+ annually.
6 weeks of paid training, plus earn full commission — not a draw.
