Operations Program Manager

Seeking a full-time remote Program Operations Manager, the successful candidate will build scalable systems and workflows, manage applicant operations, and define metrics to support Convergent's growth in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities: Design and improve workflows, systems, and documentation to enhance program operations Manage end-to-end applicant and selection processes across multiple programs, ensuring efficient communication and feedback capture Establish operational metrics and dashboards to provide visibility and support decision-making for leadership and program owners Required qualifications: 4-8 years of experience in startup operations, project management, or a related field Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects Experience building or improving operational processes in a dynamic environment Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Asana, or similar platforms Experience working in a fully remote or distributed organization
