Manufacturing company in Rochester Hills has an immediate opening for a Plastic Injection Mold Shop Assistant. This is a great position for individuals who are mechanically inclined, motivated, and eager to learn a skilled trade in a growth-oriented business that cannot be replaced by AI automation. Experience in maintaining plastic injection molds, as well as operating a hi-lo/forklift and overhead crane is a plus. A Mold Shop Assistant will assist with packaging, loading, and delivering molds of varying size and weight. Must have a clean driving record. We will assist with obtaining a chauffeur's license. They will also assist with assembling and disassembling plastic injection molds.
A candidate who is interested in learning on site and moving up in their career will excel in this position. We offer flexible hours and competitive pay based on experience.
