Job Details Division: Headquarters Project Location(s): Saddle Brook, NJ 07663 USA Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Travel Involved: 0‑10% Job Type: Regular Job Classification: Experienced Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Family: Finance Compensation: Salaried Exempt Location: Saddle Brook, New Jersey - Turner Office Position Description Journal various general ledger entries, unclaimed property reporting, assist with financial statement preparation and analysis, and legal entity consolidation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Journal various entries, including intercompany billings, wire/cash activity, loan activity and accruals, consolidation journal entries, and other journals as needed. Assist accounting for smaller subsidiaries. Assist accounting and reporting for joint ventures. Prepare various reports and required government reports. Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, from an accredited program, with 1‑2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Understanding of accounting principles (e.g., journal entries, general ledger). Proficiency with financial systems applications, MS Office, and MS Excel. Basic understanding of policies and procedures. Ability to identify problems and make recommendations for resolution. Highly organized, able to prioritize competing demands; detail oriented; maintain accuracy and self‑check work. Displays initiative, teamwork, and independent thinking. Can work independently with some oversight and in a team environment. Follows established procedures and executes directions to completion without need of follow‑up by management. Has a good work ethic and integrity; dependable, adaptable, cooperative, and motivated to take on new responsibilities. Professional written and verbal communication skills. General office skills. Salary Range $85,000 – $100,000.
