DescriptionOur client, cutting edge company based in Montvale, NJ, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Corporate Accounting team. This is a highly visible role offering strong compensation, excellent benefits, a hybrid schedule, and long-term career stability within a tenured, low-turnover team.ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end and year-end close processesPrepare workpapers, reconciliations, and financial statementsAssist with financial reporting and treasury accounting activitiesPerform investment accounting and analysisDrive process improvements and accounting best practicesUtilize ERP systems and Excel for reporting and analysisCompensation & BenefitsSalary up to $115,000Competitive bonus plan Free employee medical benefits3 weeks vacation to startHybrid schedule (Monday and Friday remote)RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceStrong experience with financial reporting, closings, and workpapersTreasury and/or investment accounting experience preferredAdvanced Excel skillsERP experience requiredPrivate equity industry experience is a plusJob typePerm
