The position involves working full-time shifts, including weekends and nights, within a dynamic hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing support to diverse patient populations. Function as a resource and advisor for patients and families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care. Maintain compliance with unit-specific protocols and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2+ years of RN experience, including telemetry, pediatrics, PICU, or NICU. Current RN license in Maryland or a Compact State. For pediatric roles: BLS, PALS, NRP, and certification in pediatric or neonatal critical care preferred. For critical care roles: BLS, ACLS, trauma, and stroke certifications within six months. Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and excellent communication.
