Event Coordinator

Overview Job Title: Event Project Manager (Contract) Location: Remote with travel to Dublin, Ireland & Austin, TX Duration: Dec 1 – mid-May (avg. 20 hrs/week; lighter in Dec, heavier in spring) Pay Range: $25–30/hr. Contract Notes: Break over holidays; resume early Jan–May Hiring manager will begin reviewing candidates Sept 15 Overview (continued) Seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to support the planning and execution of two in-person events in May 2026: 200-person People Team event (Dublin) 100-person Legal Team event (Austin) This role will manage project planning, guest communications, printed materials, and onsite support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and experienced in coordinating both domestic and international events. Responsibilities Project Management: Create/maintain project tracker, assign owners, track progress, ensure deadlines are met Guest Management: Draft/manage communications; act as primary point of contact; route travel/visa questions; preferred experience with Navan & Reed & Mackay Materials & Supplies: Coordinate agendas, name tags, signage, handouts, gift bags; oversee printing/shipping Onsite Execution: Attend events, support setup/logistics, serve as attendee point of contact Additional: May assist with agendas and presentation design if experienced Requirements 5+ years event project management experience Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills International travel/event experience preferred Flexibility to work variable hours (lighter in Dec, heavier leading to May) Must be able/willing to travel to Ireland and Texas (valid travel documents required) If interested, please apply with most updated resume! #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
