As a Security Officer Access Control Coordinator in Westampton, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support a smooth flow of people and visitors. You will remain visible, perform routine patrols, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication while bringing a caring, reliable, and integrity-driven approach to daily security-related responsibilities.

Pay Rate: $19.05 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, credential verification practices, and security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted production, warehouse, and administrative areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations, activities, and/or unusual conditions according to site protocol.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, perimeter, loading areas, and parking locations to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential concerns.
• Support shipping, receiving, and employee entry processes by documenting visitor arrivals, maintaining access records, and communicating clearly with site contacts regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
