Field Service Technician

Job Title: Field Service Seasonal Technician Department: Field Service Location: United States (Travel Required) Reports To: Field Service Manager / Supervisor Job Type: Seasonal | Full-Time | Travel Required (Up to 6–7 Days a Week) Join Our Team as a Field Service Seasonal Technician Are you mechanically inclined, safety-driven, and ready to travel across the U.S.? We’re looking for a Field Service Seasonal Technician to join our high-performance team supporting industrial operations nationwide. If you’ve worked in environments like power plants, refineries, or chemical facilities—and enjoy hands‑on work—this could be the role for you! What You’ll Do: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair expansion joints in high-temperature industrial ducting systems Interpret technical drawings and blueprints Perform accurate field measurements and inspections Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other jobsite equipment safely Work in confined spaces, at heights, and under variable weather conditions Communicate directly with project managers, engineers, and clients Complete job reports, documentation, and timesheets accurately Assist with material handling and job site preparation Travel frequently with short notice, including extended stays at job sites What You Bring: Required: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to travel 100% of the time Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments Preferred: 2+ years of experience in mechanical field services, industrial maintenance, or related trades Experience with fabric expansion joints or similar components Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings Certifications such as NCCER, TWIC, or similar a plus Experience in welding, rigging, or insulation Familiarity with thermodynamic properties of duct systems Physical Requirements: Lift up to 100 lbs Stand, kneel, climb, and bend for extended periods Work in environments with noise, dust, heat, and heights Why Work With Us?
