Experienced Maintenance Technician Job Duties Include (but Not Limited To) Perform general building and facility maintenance, both interior and exterior Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance Utilize intermediate knowledge of electrical systems to troubleshoot and complete repairs Conduct basic machinery repair and preventative maintenance Safely use ladders and aerial lifts (comfort working at heights is required) Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned Schedule & Requirements Ability to work 1st shift Must provide own safety-toed footwear and basic hand and power tools Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check Chance Rides Offers Chance Rides LLC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, Including Competitive hourly pay of $24$28 per hour (commensurate with experience) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with company match Performance reviews at 90 days and annually Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Perfect Attendance Awards Program Paid personal time, vacation, and holidays Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
