Shift Leader

Position Overview We are hiring Shift Leaders to motivate teams, improve profitability, and deliver outstanding service. Successful candidates demonstrate interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem‑solving, mentorship, and an ability to drive results. Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of crew members to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and safety. Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and scheduling. Address and resolve guest and employee concerns promptly. Monitor and report on sales performance and cost control to meet business targets. Encourage a positive, inclusive workplace culture and provide ongoing mentorship. Qualifications Prior restaurant or hospitality experience (preferred). Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work flexible, often evening and weekend shifts. Problem‑solving skills and initiative to seek help when needed. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $16.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on experience and location.
