Why you'll love this job Responsible for the development of analytical tools that optimize performance visibility and support enterprise level data driven initiatives. The role is a part of the Technical Operations Support team within our Technical Operations group. Individual has ability to collect/manage data from disparate sources into a comprehensive view of a business problem: Performs requirement gathering. Develops and maintains various reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Develops and maintains advanced analytical models and processes. Interfaces with IT to institutionalize new tools. Assists with Ad-Hoc analysis as needed. Trains others on new tools as needed. All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent training/experience 3+ years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Advanced knowledge of analytics tools, i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, etc. Advanced knowledge of programming languages, i.e, SQL, Python, R, HTML, JavaScript. Skills, Licenses & Certifications Demonstrates aptitude for logical analysis, problem identification, and problem solving as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at same time. Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization.
