About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product Management for Threat Protection. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the company-level product strategy for the division, with a focus on commercial outcomes, competitive positioning, and leadership development. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, particularly in the areas of pricing, packaging, and platform fit. The VP will be expected to present investment plans to the CEO and board, take full accountability for the division's P&L, and act as the architect of the operating model, culture, and talent strategy for the entire product organization. A key aspect of the role is to build a leadership team with genuine AI fluency and to define the AI capability vision for the product organization. Candidates for this role should have at least 10 years' of progressive product management experience, including several years at a VP or GM level with P&L or P&L-adjacent accountability. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, the ability to represent product strategy to various stakeholders, and a deep fluency in applying AI to product strategy and decision-making. Experience in cybersecurity or adjacent high-trust enterprise software is a strong plus. The role demands a leader who can navigate the complexities of a large product organization, from talent and strategy to culture and commercial outcomes, and who is adept at using AI-powered analytics to drive investment and prioritization across multiple teams.
