About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Data Platform & Product Management to take on a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategy for a large-scale enterprise data platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the data platform, from ingestion to activation, and will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, data science, AI/ML, and executive leadership. Key responsibilities for the VP include leading the product strategy and roadmap, building and scaling platform capabilities for AI/ML and analytics, and driving product discovery and execution. The role demands a leader with a deep technical understanding of modern data architecture, infrastructure, and governance, as well as the ability to influence C-level executives and translate technical concepts into business strategy. Applicants for the VP, Data Platform & Product Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with a strong background in enterprise software or B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and owning enterprise data platforms, particularly those that support AI/ML products. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree, and the candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment. Experience with a range of data technologies and a background in enterprise data governance, privacy, and compliance are also highly valued. The role is suited to a strategic leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, who can effectively partner with C-level executives and lead product management teams across complex platform initiatives.
