Affirmed Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality one-on-one care to a client in Short Hills, New Jersey .

This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys personalized care, building meaningful client relationships, and working independently in a home care setting.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $45 per hour

• Schedule: 2 × 12-hour shifts

• Flexible Shifts: Days or nights

• Day Shift: 8 AM–8 PM

• Night Shift: 8 PM–8 AM

• One-on-One Care

• Supportive clinical and administrative team

• Meaningful work in a comfortable home setting

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate nursing care based on the client’s individualized care plan

• Administer medications and prescribed treatments

• Monitor the client’s condition and communicate changes appropriately

• Provide skilled nursing care within your scope of practice

• Assist with activities of daily living

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Support the client’s comfort, safety, dignity, and independence

• Communicate professionally with the client, family, and care team

What We’re Looking For

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and professional

• Comfortable working independently in a home care setting

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
