Overnight Valet Parking Attendant - Mediterranean Village

Position Overview Overnight Valet Parking Attendant (Part Time) Location: Mediterranean Village (3900 Island Blvd Aventura, Florida 33160) Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday 11pm–7am Pay: $14/hour plus tips Requirement: Ability to speak both English and Spanish. The Valet Attendant ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds customer expectations. The role involves responding quickly to customer requests, providing caring interactions, and working closely with team members and leadership to maintain quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Mobilize and coordinate the entire valet process: retrieve keys, retrieve vehicles, load vehicles, issue tickets, and use electronic devices to enter customer information. Build customer rapport, address inquiries, and provide directions to enhance customer satisfaction. Act as a courteous brand ambassador: greet guests, open vehicle doors, and unload vehicles. Implement vehicle safety and security procedures, direct traffic, position barricades, park cars, inspect for damage, and report incidents to leadership. Request and collect service fees, reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue, and record financial transactions. Assist guests with unloading luggage or personal items as needed. Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum age 18 years. Valid driver’s license. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Acceptable driving record and motor vehicle report (MVR). Quick learning and sound decision‑making in fast‑paced environments. Physical stamina for walking or running extended periods. Previous valet experience preferred.
