Minimum Qualifications Education

: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree. License in Oregon:

LPCA, CSWA, AMFT Licensure Timeline:

: Full-Time clinicians are expected to complete 22 sessions per week, with 28 appointments scheduled weekly to naturally account for routine cancellations and reschedules. Earnings are determined by the number of completed sessions, allowing flexibility and control over your schedule and income. Background Check Requirement

Competitive Compensation

: Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Brightways Clinicians make

$67,158.00 to $90,558

per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Your income is based on the number of completed sessions, give you flexibility and control over your schedule and earning potential. Growth Opportunities
