What Youll Do

• Work with customers from initial contact through final vehicle delivery
• Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, text, and showroom opportunities
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and help customers select the right vehicle
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Follow up consistently with unsold prospects and previous customers
• Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to structure deals and overcome objections
• Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up inside the dealership CRM
• Build repeat and referral business through outstanding customer service
• Stay knowledgeable on inventory, incentives, products, programs, and competitive advantages
• Work as part of a team with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Management to create an exceptional customer experience

Who Were Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Proven ability to sell vehicles and consistently follow up with customers
• Strong closing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable handling internet leads, phone opportunities, text communication, and showroom traffic
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Coachable and willing to continue improving
• Comfortable working a retail automotive schedule, including Saturdays and occasional evenings
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
