WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work with customers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and help match them with the right vehicle
• Present vehicle features and benefits and conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives
• Respond to internet, phone, and showroom opportunities quickly and professionally
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers
• Work with management to structure deals and overcome objections
• Build repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up within the dealership CRM
• Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, incentives, products, and dealership programs
• Work closely with Sales Management, Finance, Service, and other departments to provide a smooth customer experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Proven track record of sales performance
• Strong closing and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working with internet leads, phone opportunities, and showroom customers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn, improve, and be coached
• Ability to work a retail automotive schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
