You will steward that dialogue over time. Not only at enrollment, but across years. You will speak with fluency about AI—how it functions, where it falls short, and why it matters—particularly with families who invest in companies, build them, or demand precision in every choice. What You Will Be Doing Own the complete relationship with every family on campus, cultivating trust that grows over time Resolve concerns with speed, discretion, and sound judgment by anticipating them early Maintain high visibility at critical moments: afternoon pick-up, morning drop-off, and curated parent events Lead informed, ongoing conversations about Alpha's AI-driven model with tech-forward, highly analytical families Design and refine community experiences that generate advocacy, belonging, and referral momentum What You Won’t Be Doing Managing enrollment targets or admissions funnels—your focus starts after families join Operating through email alone or sitting behind a desk—this is a high-presence role Deflecting hard questions about AI or education, or following scripts Relying on rigid processes—you will create systems where they do not currently exist Treating families as accounts—this role rewards judgment, not task execution Director Of Enrollment And Parent Relations Key Responsibilities Build and sustain deep trust with ultra-high-net-worth families, ensuring long-term confidence, advocacy, and retention in Alpha's AI-powered education model. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
