Executive Vice President - Market Leader

We are exclusively appointed to an Executive Vice President – Market Leader position for a highly respected, independent trust and wealth management organisation expanding its presence across Florida. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to establish and grow a new office in a key Florida market, with current focus on the Tampa/St. Petersburg region. The organisation offers the stability, infrastructure and reputation of an established business, whilst empowering local leaders to build a meaningful presence within their community. The Opportunity This role will appeal to an experienced trust and fiduciary leader who is seeking a more client-focused environment. As Market Leader, you will be responsible for building the firm’s local presence, developing long-term client relationships, recruiting and leading a high-performing team, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will become the face of the organisation within your market, working closely with local legal, accounting and professional advisory communities whilst delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Establish and grow a new office within your local market Build, lead and inspire a high-performing local team Drive business development and new client acquisition activities Develop strong referral relationships with attorneys, accountants and other professional intermediaries Act as a trusted advisor to clients and help solve complex financial and personal challenges Promote a culture centred on trust, service excellence and long-term relationships Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic growth plans Represent the organisation throughout the local community Ideal Background Significant experience within trust, fiduciary, private wealth, family office or wealth management environments A strong reputation and network within their local Florida market Proven leadership and team-building capabilities An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business Strong commercial judgement and decision-making ability A genuine passion for client service and community engagement Compensation Base salary: $200,000 – $300,000 Total compensation potential exceeding $300,000+ Performance-based incentives Long-term growth opportunity aligned to business success Equal Opportunity Statement This position is open to all qualified applicants.
